App Users
Technical Issues
If you are experiencing technical issues with your Penge SE20 app, it is a good idea to check you have downloaded the latest version first.
Go to the relevant App Store or Google Play page for the app, check the version and compare this to what is present on your phone. Often, a simple update will fix the issue.
If the problem persists, please get in touch with us.It is helpful to know which version of the app you are using, the model of your phone and, as far as possible, exactly what the issue is.
Signing Up
You should find the sign-up process straightforward. The more detail you enter, the better your app user experience will be. If you wish to edit this information after you have signed up, you can do so in the Profile section.
Logging In
If you do not receive an email with your Magic PIN to the email address you enter into the app, then either:
- The email address hasn’t been previously registered. You need to sign up; or
- The Magic PIN email has been caught in your spam filters. Please check your spam or junk folder.

Deleting Your Account
If you wish to delete your account, you can do so immediately within the app in the Profile section.
If you do not have access to the app, you can also request for your account to be deleted manually by us.
